After ordering, you will receive a return slip emailed to you, which you attach to the package and hand in to the nearest representative.

(This way you only pay for the return and not for the label itself.)
To avoid paying shipping on a return shipping label to your mailbox, choose pick up in store as the shipping method and you will receive it in your email instead.

How to do a Return in 3 easy steps

1. Weigh your package and select the correct weight above in the scroll menu and add to the shopping cart.

2. Go to checkout. Enter your zip code.

3. IMPORTANT! Select In-store pickup for the shipping method and complete your payment.

We'll take care of the rest and send your return label to your email.


Retursedeln kostar 69 kr (för 1-2 kg) vilket justeras först när du kommer i kassan. Kan endast köpas med kredit/betalkort.

Returetiketten hanteras manuellt av personal under våra öppettider, varpå det kan dröja till nästa vardag innan du får den sänd till dig.
