Delivery conditions within Sweden

The delivery time is normally 2-3 working days, orders received are packed and sent no later than the next working day, provided that the product is in stock. If the order comes in before 12 noon, we always try to send the order the same day. If the item is out of stock or is a back-order item, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

With each order, you receive an order confirmation automatically via the webshop.

We ship with Postnord and DHL. You can also collect ordered goods from the store in central Stockholm at Tegnérgatan 20.

Non-triggered shipments are charged return shipping cost, cash on delivery fee and a handling cost of SEK 200. We run this line fully, which means debt collection if necessary.


Delivery terms outside Sweden

Shipments with a destination outside the country are sent with DHL or UPS.

Payment is made via advance payment or Svea.

Norway and other countries outside the EU:

You do not pay VAT upon purchase, VAT and duty are added to the prices and are invoiced by the respective country's customs.

Posten Inrikes: Takes 2-3 working days within Sweden. When the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

DHL Servicepoint: Takes approx. 2-6 working days.

DHL Paket: Mainly aimed at business customers after increase.
