CASH ON DELIVERY

Uncollected packages via cash on delivery are charged for shipping costs and handling costs through a demand letter with a Klarna invoice of SEK 349. After you have paid the invoice from Klarna of SEK 349, we can send your order again as desired.

We can send uncollected packages (for all payment methods except cash on delivery) again at an extra cost of SEK 149 to cover shipping costs. The sum can be paid via Swish to 123 5545 249.

DELIVERY TIME

Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days depending on order entry and if we have the item in stock. Some products have up to 15 days delivery time.

If you want to order smoke grenades delivery time is 1-2 weeks due to dangerous goods and is only handled via DB schenkersystem.

If ordered goods are not in stock within 14 days, we will announce the probable delivery time. The customer then has the right to cancel the purchase or give us new instructions.
 

SIZES AND DIMENSIONS

If you are unsure of sizes and dimensions, keep in mind that the more we know, the easier it is for us to send the correct size. Warranty terms for airsoft weapons and accessories

No open purchase or exchange right applies to airsoft weapons and accessories. We provide a 1-year warranty on AEG and gas-powered weapons. The warranty covers malfunctions and manufacturing defects provided that the defect is classified as such by one of our authorized technicians. In the event of a defect in the product, the Wardrobe must be contacted immediately. The warranty does not include wear and tear (magazines, springs, teeth, etc.) If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we can if possible repair the product at the customer's expense.

The warranty for airsoft weapons only applies provided that:

  • the customer has not affected the weapon through abnormal use such as negligence and careless handling.
  • the weapon has not been disassembled or modified.
  • the customer has used the accompanying regulations.
     

VOCATIONAL DISCOUNT

Personnel within the Police, the Armed Forces, the Home Guard, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, the Swedish Customs and the security industry have a 10% discount on purchases in the store and online upon presentation of valid service identification. The discount does not apply to airsoft-related products and cannot be combined with other discounts.
 

SPECIAL TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR SLINGSHOT

The following applies when buying slingshots:

  • Slingshots may only be ordered by persons over 18 years of age.
  • The accompanying safety information must always be followed.
  • Safety goggles should always be worn.

We deliver our products almost all over the world.

RETURNS, RIGHT TO EXCHANGE AND OPEN PURCHASE

We offer a full right of return within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product has not been used and that the original packaging and labels are intact. When returning boots and shoes, they must be sent in original packaging and packaging must be on the outside of the carton. In the event of damage to the packaging, a fee of SEK 50-200 is paid. Damaged or used goods are not returned. For returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee and, in cases where all products are to be returned, for the original shipping fee. Right of exchange / open purchase does not apply to the purchase of products like; products on sale, airsoft, airguns, accessories for airguns and airsoft, knives, protective vests (bulletproof, knife-proof, etc), batons, smoke grenades, consumables, etc. We do not send a new product until we have received a return.

PURCHASE ON PAYMENT THROUGH – SVEA

  1. You as a customer are responsible for the invoice being paid before the due date. We therefore recommend that you pay the invoice regardless of whether it is a change or return. You are responsible for the return cost.
  2. If you choose to make a repurchase, you will receive a refund on the product / products. Please note that you as a customer still have to pay the invoicing fee and the shipping fee.

Process - product broken or not working properly:

  1. When you return your product to us for troubleshooting, we need to check it and see if it is really broken.
  2. If our expert finds an error, we will contact the supplier.
  3. If it is determined that the product have a defect, we will send it to the supplier to be examined if it is a factory defect or normal wear and tear / poorly handled etc by the buyer.
  4. It is then decided whether the product can be repaired, or whether the buyer will be replaced with a new product or whether the buyer must bear the cost of the broken product.
