Fällkniven's forest knife model S1 is the result of many years of research and testing with the intention of producing the best hunting and fishing knife in the world.
Mod S1 has a straight design, it provides good handling. The blade is designed so that it can work for all types of hunting and fishing.
The edge is specially sharpened so that the knife is fairly easy to carve with and at the same time very strong.
The handle provides a safe and reliable grip even if your fingers are cold or wet. The steel is a special stainless steel (laminated VG10) which undergoes an extensive hardening process. This results in a blade that is partly very strong and holds its sharpness extremely well.
The S1 black forest knife is in an all-black design with the blade covered by a hard CeraCoat 8H. In addition to reducing the risk of unwanted reflections, the ceramic surface provides additional protection against corrosion.
If the knife is to be used in salt water, model S1 black with Zytel sheath is recommended. Fällkniven's new injection molded zytel sheath offers a neat, strong and safe combination of features that should be very attractive to all users.
Also available for left-handers, same quality, same price. It looks just like the regular sheath but reversed. Can also be ordered together with the knife.
